Mommy & Me | My Prayer for my Daughter part 1

Before Audrey was born I thought and prayed a lot for our sweet girl. I have been praying four specific words for Audrey since she was in my belly and even now as she’s 9 months old. Four words that I hope will describe her character.

Strong: “Able to withstand great force or pressure.”

I pray that Audrey will be strong. I pray that she will be able to withstand the pressure that she will experience as she grows. I pray that she is able to stick it out and persevere when she finds herself in difficult situations. I pray that Audrey will be strong enough to respect herself and stand up for herself in all of her relationships. I pray that Audrey will be strong enough to recognize when things are a bit too hard and she needs help and I pray that she asks for the help she needs.

And I pray that she knows that her strength comes from Him.

I have been absolutely dreaming about the days when Audrey and I could get dressed up and take fun photos together. Thanks to my super talented friend, Megan, and Audrey being the cutest, most fun baby- we are now taking the photos I have always wanted! Audrey is so much fun and has the cutest personality. It is so special to me to have these photos of my sweet girl and me. Check back over the next few weeks to find out the other three words I pray for my daughter and for some more cute photos!
