I told you guys recently on Instagram that a couple of months ago I was invited to join rewardStyle as a blogger/influencer. This has been a goal of mine for quite some time so I am so thankful to be a part of this community! Since then, you have probably seen me share images with the liketoknow.it symbol and a caption telling you to “screenshot this pic to get shoppable product details”, right? Well, recently I was helping a few girlfriends place orders for different clothing items I had shared on Instagram and they were a bit confused about how my links/Liketoknow.it works. I realized not everyone has been using this app so some aren’t familiar with how it all works. So today, I hope to clear up the confusion by explaining what is Liketoknowit and how it works.

What is Liketoknowit?
Liketoknow.it is an app that anyone can download and use to shop for literally anything! Home decor, clothing, makeup or beauty products, home organization, jewelry, handbags, baby gear…seriously, anything! Most people use the app to shop for products they see posted on social media by their favorite bloggers or influencers.
How does liketoknow.it work?
Let me walk you through how to use liketoknow.it. First, you need to download the app.
After you download the app and create an account, you can start shopping likeotknow.it enabled images on Instagram.
To do this, simply screenshot an image with the products you are interested in. For example, if I posted this photo in my Instagram feed and you like the romper I am wearing, you would just take a screenshot of this photo. Then when you open the liketoknow.it app, you’ll see that photo in your likes.
Directly under the photo, you’ll see each item linked in the photo.
From there, you can click on the item you’re interested in and you can see specific details for that item. If you want to purchase the item, click “shop now” and you will be taken to the retailer to complete your purchase. You can also add the item to a wish list if you aren’t sure you aren’t ready to buy that item yet.
Is Instagram the only way to shop liketoknow.it images?
No! Instagram is a super-easy way to shop for products I post but it’s not the only way.
You can shop directly through my blog posts. I always link outfits or products throughout my blog posts. At the bottom of each blog post, I always add SHOP THE POST and include any outfit links or product links there.
You can also shop via the SHOP page on my blog. This page is where all of my published liketoknow.it images are on my blog. If you click on one of these images, it will take you to the liketoknow.it app to shop the items.
Does it cost extra to shop this way?
No. It does not cost you anything extra to shop using the liketoknow.it app. Shopping through the linktoknow.it app or shopping from a link in my blog only tells the retailer that I was the one who sent you there. I will then earn a commission from your purchase. It doesn’t cost you anything!
I really appreciate and feel really thankful when you choose to shop through my links. I put a ton of time and effort into my blog because I really, really love it. And I love being able to share sales or activities with you. When I receive a commission from a sale you make through one of my links, I am so, so thankful! The commission I make helps me continue to put blog posts together for you!
