Recent Purchases

The past few weeks have been crazy busy and really stressful. There are so many things on my mental to-do list but I just haven’t had time to tackle them. We hosted Abe’s parents at the beginning of the year. Abe’s work schedule has been extra busy requiring him to spend more time at the office in the evenings. The boys had their big projects due at school. And Audrey has been teething/hating sleep. It has been busy and I am tired.

Over the weekend I was feeling extra overwhelmed so I did what I usually do when I am stressed…I took a break from the kids and did some online shopping. Some people exercise. I shop.

V-Neck Sweater: I love this sweater for the current temps. Not too thick, not too thin.

Kimono: I bought this really pretty kimono a couple weeks ago.  It looks so pretty with one of these cami’s underneath it. This will be so perfect for the spring. I cannot wait to wear this!

Scalloped shorts: I bought these last year and wore them so, so much! I grabbed another pair for this year just to have a fresh, bright white pair. These always sell out so make sure you grab them now!

Denim Shorts: These are some of my favorite denim shorts. I wore them a ton last summer and into the fall. They are a great length, too. I like my shorts to be long enough to cover my booty completely but still look cute, too. These shorts are the perfect length.

Black Denim: I needed a new pair of black jeans and went with this budget-friendly option.

High Rise Denim: I bought these jeans a few weeks ago and have been wearing them nonstop. They feel really good and hold you in well.  I love that they look expensive but most definitely are not!

Swing Top: I bought this top for our family photos a few weeks ago. I saw it in this print and had to have it.

Ankle Strap Sandal: I didn’t buy these shoes right now but I keep thinking about them. I like that they only have a 2″ heel. I might have to scoop these up, soon!
