CHRISTMAS GIFT GUIDE FOR BOYS
Nintendo Switch: The boys got this for Christmas last year and we love it! It is a ton of fun for the boys but I love that we can play together as a family, too! Grab an extra set of joy-cons to make sure you’re set for family fun! I really recommend a game storage case, too. The games are the size of an SD card. If your kids are anything like mine, its possible they will misplace a game at some point. Storing them all, in this case, helps minimize the chance of that happening.
Fire 8: My boys have these tablets and they’re great. The case makes them super durable and I really love the FreeTime app for parental controls.
Echo Show: I just recently bought one of these for our master bedroom and we love it! It has all the same features that we love as the Echo Dot Kids and you can also watch movies, news, and TV shows, and listen to songs, radio stations, and audiobooks. As well as voice or video call to friends and family with compatible Echo devices, Alexa app, or Skype. Use the FreeTime app to control the settings.
Toilet Paper Blaster: Guys. I am so not a fan of this one HA! But, it was number one on Noah’s Christmas list. “Toilet paper shooter transforms regular toilet paper into high powered spitballs that shoot up to 50 feet! Splatter the competition!” I better stock up on some toilet paper, too.
Mini Drone: I am really excited to give these to Connor! They have really great reviews and sound like so much fun! The package comes with two mini drones for battle. There is a button on the remote that fires an IR beam to attack the other quadcopter drone. The attacked drone will vibrate and after 3-4 impacts, the downed mini quadcopter battle drone will land slowly.
Crystal Growing Lab: Noah is super into rocks right now and this is high on his Christmas list, too. Grow crystals in 8 colors with easy-to-follow instructions and 4 silicone growing chambers make growing to save your crystals. After you grow your crystals, show them off on the included light-up display. We are also getting Noah this break open geode set. And for our crazy rock lover, my parents are giving Noah this rock tumbler. Our rock freak will be set!
LEGO Darth Vader’s Castle: Connor is obsessed with Star Wars! He really wants the LEGO Death Star but I just can’t justify the price/size of the set right now. This one, though, is much more affordable and not massively huge. I think he’ll be just as excited to open this LEGO set Christmas morning. I also really love this LEGO Star Wars Idea book.
Ultimate NERF Blaster & Upgrade Kit: YOU GUYS!!! This thing is so freaking cool!! “This awesome kit includes a Nerf Modulus regulator blaster and 3 Nerf Modulus upgrade kits, giving you dozens of ways to customize the blaster for every Nerf indoor or outdoor game. The fully motorized regulator blaster features Switch Fire technology for 3 ways to blast and has a storage stock, swivel handle, 2 barrel-scopes, and two 12-dart clips. The stealth ops upgrade kit includes a red dot sight, folding grip, and proximity barrel. The long-range kit has a distance scope, folding bi-pod, and long-range barrel. The flip clip kit has two 12-dart clips that attach end-to-end — fire 12 darts then flip it to fire 12 more. Includes 48 official Nerf elite darts.” Literally, everything you need for hours of Nerf blaster fun! I can’t wait to give this to my nephew! Also, how cool does this Nerf Blaster storage rack look?!
Knee Hockey Goal Set: Noah got this for Christmas a couple of years ago and he still plays with it whenever he has friends over. The set includes 2 hockey goals, 2 adjustable street hockey sticks, 2 knee hockey sticks, 1 street hockey ball, and 2 foam knee hockey balls.
Basketball Hoop: Noah is OBSESSED with his basketball hoop! He shoots around by himself or with Abe and me literally every single day! This is such a good gift for your busy, active kids.
